William C. Sterling State Park Cottages

William C. Sterling State Park is best known as the only Michigan park on Lake Erie. The park’s 1,300 acres include more than 1 mile of sandy beach, boating and shore fishing on Lake Erie, a fishing lagoon, lakefront camping, wildlife viewing and 7 miles of trails. The park is well known for its walleye fishing, three lagoons and sandy beachfront near the mouth of Sandy Creek.

Park features include: bike riding, bird watching, boating, fishing, grill access, hiking, hunting, kayaking, swimming and wildlife watching.

Right on the waterfront of Lake Erie, you’ll find these new, fully equipped cottages! Each rental has a view of the lake from the screened-in front porch and upfront access to the day use area. Amenities include two bedrooms that have a queen bed in one room, a set of bunk beds (single top, double base) in the other room, a bathroom, kitchen, dining space, and a common area with a futon. These rentals sleep up to 7 persons. The kitchen has common cooking essentials such as pots/pans and dishes, a cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator. Please bring your own linens and towels. Relax on the screened-in front porch that overlooks the lake after a day full of water recreation, fishing, or time on the campground trails.
